Demo Practice!
-We have a lot of work and organization to do and really need everyone in class this Saturday. If we can get through everything then we will do a fun circuit. I will post more details soon.

Weapons Forms:
-Students not peforming a weapons form will work on other skills.

-I will be in Oklahoma but please come in if you are in town. Kelsey and Matt will be walking everyone through the first section of our new demo material if there are enough people present.

Today we begin working on new demo material!

We will spend most of the class working on the first section of the demo.
But don't worry, we should have time for a workout as well.

I will have my camera ready tomorrow and will post pictures from last class as well.

Line Drills with rolling techniques and plyometric drills.

The Amazing Flying Ben:
3 stations (10 min at each station):
-Forms
-One-Steps
-Kip up, tornado kick, low sweep practice

15 min run (Weapons form participants stay in and practice)

Machine Gun Roundhouse Kicks
-As many rounds as possible with partner in 5 min
------------------------------------------------------

Timed Workout:
(As many rounds as possible in 10 min)
Roundhouse kicks 10
Pushups 10
Situps 10

-Kicks are done as fast as possible, alternating legs on each kick.
